Fundraising Site for Beatrice Tolley

Beatrice Ziga Tolley is 6 years old. Her parents are Helen and Chris. Her little brother is 4 years old and his name is Lewis. The family also includes a tiny black cat named Eva.

Beatrice was diagnosed with DIPG, diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, a rare, aggressive and almost always terminal
form of brain cancer. The diagnosis was made on December 17, 2011.

This form of cancer is very aggressive and tends to return some months after initial radiation. The only treatment available after radiation would be a clinical trial. These can take months or years to do and will require travel.

Chris and I are fundraising like crazy to save up fast for the time when, hopefully, we will find a trial she is a match for. But, time is of the essence, these trials have strict requirements and one in particular could need to start start by mid-March. That's not a lot of time.
